4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gv777vlp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to reflect in your account balance. gv777vlp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on gv777vlp is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.9 Chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal for a deposit made to gv777vlp while simultaneously retaining the benefits of that deposit (i.e., winnings or bonus claims) constitutes fraud. gv777vlp will suspend the relevant account immediately and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds awarded by gv777vlp are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the most recently claimed bonus being voided. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new promotional offer.
5.4 Abuse & Exploitation. gv777vlp reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where the Platform determines — in its reasonable judgement — that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, exploitative, or fraudulent manner. 5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or partially wagered Bonus Funds that have not been cleared within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Game Availability. gv777vlp reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game or sports market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The removal of a game does not affect wagers already placed and settled on that title.
6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, bet, or sports event, gv777vlp will investigate using available server logs. If a round cannot be completed or the outcome cannot be verified, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
6.3 Manifest Errors. Where a game or sports market displays incorrect odds, payouts, or terms as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to software bugs, data feed errors, or human error), gv777vlp reserves the right to void the affected wagers. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on gv777vlp — including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC — are governed by individual market rules published within the sports section of the Platform. These rules cover void conditions, settlement procedures, and in-play betting restrictions and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.5 Wager Finality. Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet selections and amounts before confirming any wager.

10.2 Service Availability. gv777vlp makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gv777vlp's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. gv777vlp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if gv777vlp was advised of the possibility of such loss.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your gv777vlp account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.2 Termination by gv777vlp. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, underage access, provision of false KYC documents, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or regulatory requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. gv777vlp will retain your data for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering and data retention regulations. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.
12.1 Initial Contact. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or query relating to your gv777vlp account, game outcomes, payments, or these Terms, you should first contact the gv777vlp support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
12.2 Formal Complaint Process. 12.3 Game Round Disputes. The Platform's technical records constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and shall be final and binding.
12.4 Governing Law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
12.5 Language. All dispute communications between Players and gv777vlp shall be conducted in English. The English-language version of these Terms and Conditions is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.
gv777vlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of gv777vlp following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights, or formatting changes — may be made without individual notification. The published version on this page is always the current and operative version of the Agreement.
